This module contains the following features:

• Provide documented guideline to the site inspector within the system that can be referred to before selecting a potential site


• Provide a check list in the system to be used to validate the value of the selected site


• Calculate the ROI/profitability from the potential site using the cost benefit analysis (CBA), considering the panel cost amortization over 5 years and calculate the profitability at the end of 5th. year and 6th. year onwards.


• The profitability analysis will include ROI, Profitability Analysis (depreciation), NPV, as well as Payback methods as per the -- Ads requirement


• Submit the CBA for the potential site along with photo and location map for marketing team is recommendation for whether or not the potential site is marketable


• Marketing team can recommend, raise queries, deny the request.


• On approval from marketing the next approval request will be raised for approval by the internal head.


• Once obtaining the approval from internal head, the application will be submitted to the respective office depending on the type of owner (government or private). And the status of the approval will be maintained and reported in the status report.


• Once the approval is obtained from the council, the development team will raise a Job Production Order (JPO) for that site. The JPO would contain Job No., Date, Site No., Location, Type, Size, Jobs (Vinyl installation, Illumination, Panel Erection, Printing, Cutting Trees, Others provide text box to enter text). It will also provides Job Description(text box) and Priority dropdown (High, Medium, Low)


• Once the approval is obtained from the council, the development team will raise a Job Production Order (JPO) for that site. The JPO would contain Job No., Date, Site No., Location, Type, Size, Jobs (Vinyl installation, Illumination, Panel Erection, Printing, Cutting Trees, Others provide text box to enter text). It will also provides Job Description(text box) and Priority dropdown (High, Medium, Low)


• Production team will open this JPO and accept it in the system. As soon as it is accepted the status of the JPO will become "New"


• After 2 days of acceptance of the JPO the status will automatically change to In Process. This duration will configurable.


• Production manager will identify the tasks and assign the person to the same.


• Production team will raise purchase order requisition for getting the various job done as listed in the JPO


• System will obtain recommendation for the PO


• Obtain approval for generating the PO
