This module contains the features including the following:
- Employee profile maintenance: The system will maintain employees career history, their personnel details with photos.
- Time/Attendance management system: Based on bio-metric data, the system will manage the users attendance details such as login time, logout time, work hours, etc.
- Leave management system: The following features will be supported in this sub-module
- User can check their leave balance
- System will have multiple types of leaves and user can select and apply their leave through the system.
- The automated mail will be sent to their reporting manager to approve the same.
- User can cancel their leaves at any time.
- Income tax module which will handle EPF, Socso and income tax calculations as per respective countries legislation
- Employee Appraisal System: Based on their job/task completion rating, the system will generate their performance report in a quantitative
manner. The reporting managers take the input from this performance report and appraise their reporting team.
- Circular and announcement management: Any manager can publish the circular/announcement to all users. For circular, the system will seek the
user acceptance for the same if required.
- Employee Claims: Employee claims their official expenses using this system as per their eligibility. The reporting manager will approve the
same if required.
- The Income tax module will be linked to a separate Payroll module which in turn will be linked to the ERP.
- The employee claims module also will be linked to the ERP.
